NutriHouse by SJ was born from a simple yet powerful idea: that food should heal, nourish, and connect—just as it did for generations before us.
Our journey began in our own kitchen, where the needs of our growing family and close friends inspired us to revisit traditional wellness recipes—Panjeri for postpartum recovery and lactation support, Harreera and Punjabi Pinni to support seasonal immunity, nutrient-rich NutriBars and NutriMix for energy, and wholesome delights like NuFig and Peanut Coconut Delights to satisfy cravings the natural way. These were recipes passed down through our heritage, crafted with real, natural ingredients and free from the artificial shortcuts that have become all too common in modern snacks.
As loved ones began requesting these blends for themselves, we realized the need extended beyond our family circle. That’s when NutriHouse by SJ was born: a heartfelt effort to bring honest, handcrafted nutrition to every home.
